Confirmations :
Confirmations of accommodations, tours or other services will be given to the clients as soon as possible through electronic mail (e-mail) or facsimile.

Cancellation and Refund :
Every townhouse charges minimum one night rate no-show fee or late cancellations. No refund will be made in respect of sight seeing, accommodations, meals or other services, which are not utilized after the tour has commenced.

Payment :
For Land Tours, payment can be done on the day of arrival. Our staff will meet clients at the airport to collect the money in cash only. But during peak season (December 20 – January 15) full payment must done before arrival date. Payment (deposit) must be made through bank transfer to our bank accounts. Single booker would be charged 50% from the price.
